This amazing program provides training, preparation, and support – including job coaching and mentoring – to prepare students for careers with companies that are committed to providing a clear career path and developing entry-level employees.
We place a special emphasis on recruiting young adults who have faced barriers to success, such as basic skills deficit, a history of foster care, criminal history, and pregnancy/parenting/history of DSS/TANF services, among others.
