Event Purpose: Savor the Summer is a community-centered, outdoor fundraiser designed to:

- Celebrate the ending of summer with good food, music, and company.
- Showcase the talent and creativity of the SEAT Center Culinary Lab.
- Raise funds and awareness to support SEAT Center’s mission of youth workforce development in the Capital Region.

Alfresco dining stations created and served by students from SEAT’s Culinary Lab. Summer’s Harvest Grazing Table with meats/ cheeses/ seasonal fruits and vegetables; Artisanal Fired Pizzas Grilled Skewers w/ dipping sauces; and Hattie’s Culinary Lab Seasonal Creations.

Curated beverages Beer / Hard Seltzer Station: Cans/Bottles ; includes zero alcohol ; Wine Station: includes zero alcohol Prosecco; Vodka/ Mocktail Station; Bourbon/ Mocktail Station.
